I retain all rights to my work, which include but are not limited to: using the artwork for self-promotion, uploading the artwork to any of my galleries, portfolios, and social media, creating prints and merchandise for sale, and to alter the commission for prints if I choose, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.

You may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial usage unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

You may not alter the art itself.

You retain the rights to the characters featured in the commissioned artwork, and have the right to use your commissioned art for any personal usage (outside of commercial usage; see point above). This does not mean you own the copyright to the image.

Please provide references if you have a specific pose in mind; even a simple stick figure drawing will do. I can do much more with a stick figure drawing than a description of the pose.

Payment is due after details have been established and a price has been agreed upon.

Payments are made in USD via invoices through PayPal. All prices, including the quote that has been provided, are non-negotiable.

Do not send me payment until I have sent you your invoice.

Once you have received your invoice, you are expected to pay in full within a one-week grace period.

Additional time will be allowed in the event of circumstances beyond the clients control.

If a payment has not been received after the initial pay-period and any extension, I reserve the right to cancel the commission due to lack of payment,

Unless discussed beforehand, I will not start a commission until payment is received.

If I do begin and finish a commission before payment is received, you will not receive your commission until the invoice is paid.

If you do not pay the invoice within the grace period, and all attempts to contact you regarding payment are ignored, you will be blacklisted and will no longer be able to order commissions from me.

Payment plans are available only for orders over $100. They will be week-by-week and will be limited to the span of one month.

I will send process images on each completed stage of the commission (rough sketch/pose, clean sketch, lines, etc) to make sure there are no corrections needed.

The client will be given the opportunity to direct any sort of revisions during the sketching stages.

Fees may apply if the changes become too frequent and/or diverge from the original description and idea given.

If there are corrections needed after the sketched portion of the image, additional fees may apply. This includes major revisions after the work is completed.

Minor revisions: changes to hands or feet, changing facial expressions, small accessories like jewelry, adding small simple markings.

Major revisions: changes to position of limbs or torso, adding new clothing, significant changes to markings (e.g. changing spots to stripes).

Upon completion of your commission, you will receive a smaller web-copy of your commission for sharing, as well as a higher resolution copy for personal viewing. Both of these files will be PNGs.

Seldom will I ever work on a set canvas size. To avoid revision fees should you wish to have more static dimensions, please request for them (i.e 8x10in canvas).

A 95% refund is only available if you have paid the invoice, and the cancelled commission has not been started. I retain 5% of the payment as a convenience fee.

50% refunds are available for cancelled commissions that have been started but not complete.

Cancelled commissions that are fully completed or that have reached the coloring stage will not be subject to any sort of refund. If you are instead unsatisfied with the final product, I will offer a remake.

If I am the one to cancel the commission, 95% of the payment will be refunded to the client.

I can cancel and refund a commission for reasons including, but not limited to: Rude or inappropriate behavior, poor communication, or failure to communicate in effective English, or an unforeseen inability to complete the commission.

When a commission is cancelled before it is complete, the client may keep the incomplete art. I still hold copyright to the art. The unfinished art may not be altered or completed by another artist.
